Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping: Arrives within 7-10 business days.
Express Shipping: Arrives within 2-5 business days.

During sale periods, order processing and delivery may take an additional 2-4 business days.

Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address.

Delivery Time

Once a package has left our warehouse, we have limited control over it. Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially during high-volume periods. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and are not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will determine if it is safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox with instructions for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, you must file a complaint with your local courier.

We are not liable for missing parcels due to errors by the customer or the carrier.

Delivery Delays

During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified timeframes. We cannot provide compensation for any unexpected delivery delays once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. These delays are beyond our control. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, please contact the courier directly.
